LLB or Bachelor of Legislative Law is an undergraduate law degree that is a prerequisite for anyone who wants to enter the field of judiciary and law. The LLB course duration isĀ 3 Year and BA/BBA-LLB course duration is 5 years. Student can become a lawyer, an advocate, a paralegal, a law officer, lecturer, etc. after completion of LLB.

Each and every student can do LLB after Class 12th or above but there is a required CLAT or WB Entrance to join LLB Programme. This program should be approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) & University Grants Commission (UGC) then it will be valid otherwise Invalid.

But many candidates are facing sometimes many problems that cause they can’t fulfill their dream. They are looking for short-term courses that they can entry-level after that if they want to practice as an Advocate then will give Entrance and complete study from BCI & UGC-approved college and after examination of BCI they will be enrolled as an Advocate and they can practice in courts in India. But not possible any short-term course in Law. But Candidates have the right to know about Law and the constitution so, candidates can be enrolled as an Institute that are providing Law Classes in Legal Sector such as IPLS offering Diploma Programs in Law. Students can enroll for this course for 1 year and after 1 year students can do work in the legal sector and also study LLB in any UGC & BCI approved colleges as university norms.
